Automation & Controls Engineer
Design, develop and commission PLC, SCADA and control systems for industrial automation projects, working across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
- Develop PLC and HMI/SCADA software (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider).
- Design control system architecture and functional specifications.
- Lead FAT, SAT and on-site commissioning.
- Support continuous improvement and obsolescence upgrades.
- Liaise with clients and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
What we're looking for
- Degree / HND in Control, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- 5+ years in industrial automation and controls.
- Strong PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000).
- Experience with SCADA platforms (WinCC, FactoryTalk, Ignition).
- Right to work in the UK.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of industrial networks (Profinet, EtherNet/IP).
- Functional safety (TÜV) certification.
