HGV Diesel Technician
Service, diagnose and repair heavy goods vehicles and diesel plant equipment, keeping a commercial fleet safe, compliant and on the road.

Key responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled servicing and preventive maintenance on HGVs.
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, braking and hydraulic faults.
- Use diagnostic equipment to fault-find electronic systems.
- Complete roadworthy inspections and maintain service records.
- Work to safety and quality standards in the workshop and on-site.
What we're looking for
- Qualified Diesel Mechanic (trade-tested).
- 3+ years on HGVs / heavy plant.
- Knowledge of modern engine management and diagnostics.
- Valid driver's licence (Code 10/14 advantageous).
- Own basic tools.
Nice to have
- Auto-electrical experience.
- OEM brand training (Scania, Volvo, MAN).
