Mining Production Foreman
Lead a production crew to deliver safe, efficient ore movement and meet daily production targets in an open-pit / underground operation.

Key responsibilities
- Supervise drilling, blasting, loading and hauling activities per shift.
- Allocate crews and equipment to meet production plans.
- Enforce mine health and safety standards and conduct pre-shift inspections.
- Monitor production KPIs and report variances.
- Coach operators and drive continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
- Blasting Certificate / relevant mining qualification.
- 7+ years mining production with supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of mine safety legislation.
- Experience with fleet management systems.
- Valid driver's licence.
Nice to have
- Supervisory or management development programme.
- Open-pit and underground exposure.
