Plant Maintenance Manager
Take full accountability for the maintenance function of a continuous processing plant — driving asset availability, safety and cost performance across a multi-trade team.

Key responsibilities
- Lead planned, preventive and breakdown maintenance strategies plant-wide.
- Manage maintenance budgets, contractors and spares holding.
- Drive availability, MTBF and MTTR targets through data-led decisions.
- Ensure compliance with OHS Act, statutory inspections and permit-to-work.
- Develop and coach supervisors, planners and artisans.
What we're looking for
- National Diploma / BTech / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years maintenance experience with 4+ in a leadership role.
- Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) advantageous.
- Strong CMMS experience (SAP PM, Pragma or similar).
- Demonstrable record of improving plant availability.
Nice to have
- Six Sigma or Lean qualification.
- Experience in mining or minerals processing.
