Reliability Engineer
Drive asset reliability and defect elimination across a processing operation using condition monitoring, RCM and data analytics to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain asset reliability strategies and maintenance plans.
- Lead RCA and defect-elimination programmes on bad-actor equipment.
- Implement and interpret condition monitoring (vibration, oil, thermography).
- Optimise maintenance tactics and spares strategy using failure data.
- Build dashboards and report on reliability KPIs.
What we're looking for
- BEng / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
- 5+ years in a reliability or maintenance engineering role.
- Knowledge of RCM, FMEA and Weibull analysis.
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) advantageous.
- Strong data analysis skills.
Nice to have
- Vibration analysis Category II+.
- Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools.
